Important Note to Active Membership Applicants

While CALU encourages you to complete and return the application and supporting materials, we must advise you that actual approval and admission to membership will be contingent on the ability of the Board to admit new members.

However, please note that it is only upon receipt and review of an applicant's fully completed membership application that an applicant's name can be entered on the waiting list for membership.
